Our Wellness Center Bem Estar offers a fully equipped fitness center located in a wooden house with three floors nearby the lake with a fantastic sightseeing on the lake.

 

 

 

 

 

Eco-joggin

 

The Wellness Center Bem Estar offers a jogging track though the woods with funny handmade ecological equipment. Approx. 1,8 km long with 9 places for exercises. The track is mostly through the woods so you can run even when the sun is high because of the shady threes. If someone wants to do some professional training he can add a 200 mt swimming across a small bay next to the landing area for the boats.
